What Does This Warranty Cover?

Kanyon Living warrants that all parts of its furniture products are free from defects in material and workmanship and that the products function as intended under normal use and service conditions.

How Long Does The Coverage Last?

This warranty lasts for 20 years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

What Will Kanyon Living Do?

In the event of a defect, Kanyon Living will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective part or the entire product. This warranty service is provided free of charge, excluding any applicable shipping and handling fees.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, or chips resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to harsh weather conditions, chemicals, or improper storage.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading or discoloration of materials over time.

Conditions and Limitations:

This warranty is valid only for products purchased through authorized Kanyon Living dealers and is extended to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase may be required to obtain warranty service. Any modifications or alterations to the product not authorized by Kanyon Living will void this warranty.
