What we discovered, in all the pellets tested, that we had the least amount of ash and the best BTU output in all of the pellets we produce.  No matter what you cook on your grill, you will always have a home run using our Championship Pellet.

    I would like to thank Ed Maurin for allowing me to cook with them. Like he said when I cooked with them at a contest in KS we did win 1st place. This is what noticed using the pellets. First off when pouring them in the hopper they are very clean coming right of the bag. Very little saw dust in the bag, after cooking I was checked and less ash in the pot, I could visually tell that the meat had taken on more smoke than normal (looking at the color), when I sliced I could tell I was correct. What I liked about the flavor is the extra smoke flavor wasn’t a strong smoke flavor but a mild flavor that went well on beef. Most of the time when you get extra smoke its just strong and overpowering this wasn’t that way. I do look forward to using them again.
