Updated Authorized Dealer Freight Policy
Updated Authorized Dealer Freight Policy
Effective August 1, 2026
For many years, Crawford Outdoor has absorbed a significant portion of the freight costs associated with serving our Authorized Dealer Network.
We have been proud to make that investment in our dealers and to help keep ordering costs as manageable as possible. However, freight expenses have continued to increase, and the level of freight cost we have been absorbing is no longer sustainable.
As a result, Crawford Outdoor is updating its Authorized Dealer freight policy effective August 1, 2026.
This adjustment is necessary to more accurately share the cost of shipping while maintaining the dependable service, product availability, and dealer support our partners expect from Crawford Outdoor.
We greatly value our Authorized Dealer Network. Our dealers are a critical part of our business, and this update is intended to create a more sustainable freight program that allows us to continue investing in that partnership for years to come.
What Is Changing
The updated policy establishes clear freight programs based on order size:
- Small orders under $500
- Emergency orders under $2,000
- Standard orders from $2,000 to under $6,000
- Stocking orders from $6,000 to under $12,000
- Free freight on qualifying orders of $12,000 or more
The policy also includes updated drop-ship pallet rates based on the destination region.
Some freight charges are cumulative when an order qualifies for a nested order band. The complete online policy explains how each program is applied.
Planning Orders Efficiently
The new structure continues to reward larger, more efficient stocking orders. Dealers can reduce their effective freight expense by consolidating purchases and planning orders around the stocking and free-freight thresholds.
